OUR DELIVERY SERVICE EXPLAINED

- We have two Vans on the road. Our delivery radius is three miles from each shop. This lets us reach places like Wimbledon and Twickenham to the west, Holloway to the north, east London and across the Thames into south London.
- Deliveries are FREE. A nominal charge of £5 MAY be charged if the delivery is under £50.
- We deliver SAMEDAY as standard. Order before 9.00am and it will be delivered that day. A SPECIFIC TIME CANNOT BE GIVEN. If an order is placed after 9.00 it will go onto the next days deliveries. It will not take priority over other deliveries for that day. The deliveries are dropped by the best route and NOT by the time the order was placed. If the order is urgent then our courier service would be an option.
- A courier service is available. This is charged at cost. This service is used if an order is urgent, the 9.00am cut off time has passed or the delivery is outside our zone. It usually takes about 40 minutes for the courier to arrive at the shop and then however long it takes to get from the shop to the site.
- We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you need goods urgently let us know. Letting us know when the driver has left and finding out that your delivery is the last drop is no good for either party. Let us know at the time of ordering and we will give you the available options.
